Why can't we talk about menstruation?
Talking about periods is often seen as a taboo subject! I want to change this through my illustrations by showing people there is nothing dirty about blood, there is nothing dirty about period sex and there is nothing dirty about periods FULL STOP!! Let’s stop shaming vulva owners for pulling out a pad before going to the loo or for having blood spots on their trousers! Let us BLEED in peace!
Oh, and can someone tell me why we have to pay for period products? We have to pay for the privilege of bleeding each month! LUDICROUS!! PERIOD products should be FREE and easily accessible to vulva owners!
